There is no account to close. Basketball Duel: One Finger (com.patpat.onefingerbasket) has no sign-up, no login and no server holding a profile of you. Your progress, your wallet and your league place are stored only on your own phone, so deleting them is something you can do yourself in under a minute. The steps below cover that, and everything the three services the game uses might still hold.
If you signed in for cloud save, this is the one thing of yours we hold, and you can remove it yourself without asking us:
Your progress on the phone is untouched β deleting the backup is not deleting the game. If you have already uninstalled the app and cannot reach the button, email contact@patpatgames.com from the address you signed in with and we will delete it within 30 days.
This is all of your progress: coins, powerups, unlocked balls, your record, lifetime statistics, goal rows, your league tier and standing, the handle shown on the ladder, and your settings.
Either one wipes it permanently and immediately. We hold no backup and cannot restore it β if you reinstall, the game starts from zero.
The optional rewarded videos are served by Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID. You control it directly, without asking us:
You can also change your ads-consent answer at any time from Settings β Privacy options inside the game, where the consent form was shown.
These are held by our providers rather than by us, and they are tied to anonymous identifiers, not to your name. Email contact@patpatgames.com with the subject Data deletion request β Basketball Duel and we will submit the request on your behalf:
Please write from a device that still has the game installed, or tell us the approximate date and country of your purchase, so we can identify the right record. We reply and complete the request within 30 days.
Google Play keeps its own record of the purchase β the transaction, the receipt and the refund history β under Google's own terms, because tax and consumer-protection law requires a seller's records to be kept for a set number of years. That record is Google's, not ours, and deleting the game does not remove it. It contains no data we ever had access to.
