These terms cover the PatPat Games website and our published games — Blockbuster Arcade and Mahjong Teahouse. Installing or playing a PatPat Games title means you accept them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. We keep ownership of the games themselves, including the code, artwork, sound, level data and the PatPat Games name and logo.
Recording and streaming your own gameplay is fine and welcome, including monetised video.
Coins, tiles, skins, themes and league positions have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices. They exist only inside the game and may be adjusted or reset by a game update.
Where a game offers an in-app purchase, the transaction is handled by Google Play, not by us. The price, currency, tax and refund policy shown by Google apply. Refund requests go through the Google Play Store; we can help with a broken purchase but we cannot process refunds ourselves.
Blockbuster Arcade contains no in-app purchases. Mahjong Teahouse offers a single optional purchase to remove advertising.
Some of our games show advertising, which is what keeps them free. Ad content comes from Google AdMob and its partners, not from us; we do not select the individual ads shown and are not responsible for the products advertised. See the relevant game's privacy policy for how ad data is handled.
Progress is stored on your own device. We do not back it up and cannot restore it. Clearing app data, uninstalling the game, or changing device will lose it. Keep that in mind before wiping a long run.
We may update, change or discontinue a game at any time, including removing features or ending support for older Android versions. We will avoid breaking things needlessly, but we cannot promise that any game stays available indefinitely.
The games are provided "as is". We do our best to ship them working and bug-free, but we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this clause.
To the extent permitted by law, PatPat Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the games — including lost progress, lost time or device issues. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Our games are rated for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission before making any purchase.
We may revise these terms as the games change. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your own country of residence.
